Jennifer Lopez: My Abs Are "Pretty Flat for Having Twins"
Jennifer Lopez has a reason to brag.
"My abs are pretty flat for having twins!" Lopez -- who welcomed Max and Emme in February 2008 -- told UsMagazine.com at a Scott Barnes book launch fete in NYC Wednesday.
What's her secret?
"Nothing crazy," swore the singer-actress, 40. "It's about being consistent. That's it."
Although she admits she doesn't have time to hit the gym every day, she tells Us, "You have to put the work in."
Lopez mixes up her routine, hitting the StairMaster, boxing, biking and lots of lunges "to keep those thigh muscles firm," she told the New York Post last week.
Not that she wants to get too slim.
"It's true I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge, but I'm proud of my butt," she said. "A dress shouldn't look like a coat hanger. Skinny girls miss out.

Victoria Beckham: I wear the same dress size as Jennifer Lopez
Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez are both known for their dramatically different figures – but according to Beckham, they're the same size in clothing.
Though Lopez is famously known for her curves, and Beckham is practically the poster girl for stick-thin fashionistas, the former Spice Girl reveals to 10 magazine that the famous friends fit into the same dress.
"My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes," Beckham said of her fashion line, according to The Cut. "Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore."
And no one was more surprised than Posh herself. "Who'd have thought I'd be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!" she said.
No word on what dress size the two women share, however, both multitasking moms are no stranger to having their appearances criticized in the media.
Beckham has long fought off rumors that she has an eating disorder, however does admit to feverishly working out at the gym. The mother of three admitted to Harper's Bazaar that she burns extra calories by running "four miles a day."
On the other hand, Lopez has taken a more laid-back approach to her post-baby body.
The singer, who gave birth to twins in 2008, recently told Allure magazine that she is "not the monster I used to be in the exercise department...You get past your 20s, you've got kids...you're kind of unmotivated. You want to be healthy and look good, but you want to do the least amount to maintain that."
Jennifer Lopez Turns to P. Diddy — When She Wants to Annoy Hubby!
The If You Had My Love hitmaker apparently turns to ex-boyfriend P. Diddy when Marc stresses her out!
“When Jen gets stressed with Marc she plays Diddy CDs in the house. It drives him wild,” a Lopez source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper.
Lopez — who raises twins Max and Emme with Anthony — recently insisted motherhood won’t stop her from being sexy onstage.
“This is what I do,” Lopez said. “What, because I have kids and a husband now, I’m not supposed to be me?
“Being an artist doesn’t start because you’re 21, and it doesn’t end because you’re 51.
“You are who you are until the day you die.”

Jennifer Lopez to Glam Up "How I Met Your Mother"
The news source reports that J.Lo will appear as a self-help guru who makes it her pet project to change Barney Stinson (Neil Patrick Harris) from a womanizer into a more moral man.
If Lopez is going to appear on the show, she'll need to be on her A-game. Her future co-stars Cobie Smulders, who plays Robin Scherbatsky, and Alyson Hannigan, who plays Lily Aldrin, are two very lovely ladies who always look great.
Not that we think Lopez will have any problems. We admit that her New Year's outfit was a misstep, but the mother of two's makeup and hair were admittedly both impeccable when the ball dropped.

I believe in the Easter bunny
I believe in Santa, too
My Grand daughter ask me this year, "Grandma do you believe in Santa Clause?" I replied without hesitation "Yes Kaylee I do believe."
I believe in all things good. You might ask how the tooth fairy, the Easter bunny and Santa are good. In my experience they teach us at a very young age to believe in things we cannot see, touch or smell. They can lay the foundation for believing in greater unseen things as we mature. They help children to believe in their dreams. They help children to have faith in things they can not see.As we realize that the tooth fairy, the Easter bunny and Santa are not as we perceived them, we are old enough to learn that their gifts were real and that the love they were given with was also real. By this time we have learned much more about life, relationships and values. If you believe, make someone special a tooth pillow to leave out for the tooth fairy. Help them to believe in their dreams.

Meet the Man Who Helps Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber Shine
Harrell, who worked on Beyoncé's Grammy-nominated Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), has been criss-crossing the country to hone the vocal talents of three of the biggest pop stars: Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber. And whether palling around with the "nice, light, fun" Perry in Las Vegas, vibing with Lopez at her home studio in New York or keeping Bieber from picking up any "bad habits" in Atlanta, Harrell stays focused.
When he first began recording with Bieber, he admits things were a bit challenging. "[Justin] would sing and I would explain what was wrong and he would go 'I know, I know, I know' like a cocky kid. But he's a legitimate talent. History in the making," Harrell says.
Recording Perry's album was a different story. "Katy comes in and is like a great kid," says Harrell. "She's confident, but she has her guard down. She doesn’t come in like she's going to be on stage, but she's always fly. If we're still writing she likes to be by herself for a while."
Lopez was the most relaxed, probably because recording her album, Love?, took place at her home, and her family was close by.
"[Marc Anthony] comes down and offers suggestions like 'Babe, I see where you're going with this. Do this.' She's very receptive [to him]," says Harrell.
"When she gets working she is serious and quick because if she's not singing then she's with her family. 'It's time for me to feed the kids lunch,' she'll say. A couple times she had [son] Max on her lap with her in the vocal booth. We were doing up-tempo records and he loved it. His head was bobbing."
Upcoming Albums
Perry's next record will highlight an, "edgier, more aggressive sound," says Harrell, who also penned the theme song for Avatar. "But it will still be fun. It's not like we're going dark or anything."
Of Bieber's upcoming album, which they have not started recording yet, Harrell says, "His voice has changed a little bit, but he'll stay with the great melodies like in 'One Time.' "
The theme of Lopez's Love? is "a journey of a love relationship," says Harrell. "Things are up and then they're down, but in the end you're still together. At first it was supposed to be a greatest hits and then she just sounded so good."
